7 mile tempo on MLK, with 2 mile warm-up 1 mile cool-down. I was quite happy with how we were able to pick it up and hold it on the way back. We started around 5:43 and ended at 5:34, so that was good. Then 6 x 200m.

Then abs, hips, stretching, ice-bath.
