I really liked this course because to me the hills werent too big but they still have you a challenge to get up.
i felt great running this course because i knew i wasnt on varsity on this time so i just had to keep moving and i could hopefully get close to getting back on, i remembered to just stay up with hall and get out fast. i think i got outta the start a little fast because there was one BIG guy to the right of me and his elbows didnt look too inviting lol. I remembered going up the hills just stay relaxed and focused and i felt it helped alot because i thought the hills just became very easy for me. the second mile was a little harder because i felt a little worn out from my start but the hills were also getting a little harder but i knew i had to stay relaxed and just speed up halfway up the hill. Once i hit the third mile things started to click, me and hall were next to eachother at the second to last turn and we tried staying together but we lost eachother as we hit the road i think. Down that straightaway it felt like forever but once we hit the turn i knew i had to start sprinting but there was a road so i started after the road and i think i lost a bit of time there but when i started sprinting i was trying to catch up to an eagle guy but he started sprinting too and i almost had him but we hit the cones and we had to take our places.
i really liked this track and what i think something i did right was the hills because they felt easy and i thought i started to power over them halfway up and i felt like that was where i would pass people.
I think what i could have done better is dont slow down on the downhills and maybe accelerate better on the corners.
