Comments:
Did 2 intervals on tennis courts, one forward then one backwards. Then did 2 of the laferdies loop interval. Not too bad I guess, my legs were just dead from the past 3 days. Once we got back to school, convinced Jordan to join me in doing Dave's warmup loop minus the zig zags and added 4 laps on the track in lane 6. Gonna do about 6 tomorrow morning, taking it easy for the rest of the weekend.
