Comments:
first 2 were with paul then 3rd was by myself then the last 2 tried to stick wtih nick i was right behind on the 4th one then he got me by 5-10 seconds on the last one. so first 2 i think were right around 6:15 pace then the next one was in the 5:50's then the next one was about 5:40 then the last one about 5:55. legs weren't having it today but still a good workout. legs felt trashed afterward, the cooldown wasn't fun. i was 7th though on the last two intervals which is cool to think about. felt easy aerobically breathing was always relaxed
