To the track for the first trackish workout. 4 x 1000m at 3:21, 19, 19, 17 on the warning track of the baseball field and then 3 x 800 at 2:26, 2:23, 2:22. Then 8 x 200m . Good workout. Lifting once back, abs, stretching, rolling.
