pool workout

Exercise Type: Swim

Comments:
Ahh a standard pool workout. 5 min warm up, wkt 1, 15 min aqua jog, wkt 2, 10 min swim, 5 min underwater swim. Went a little short on the swimming at the end because my chest was feeling sore/odd... Hurdles with David afterward, and then we did abs and I stretched. I will do hips and back strength tonight after my night run. Feeling fairly good overall.

I am officially off the xc roster now. I guess I can use this season later on and keep my eligibility. To be honest, I would rather lose this season of cross if it meant being able to compete to the best of my ability in track. I am so pumped to race outdoors that I will do what ever it takes. I think of missing this season as a sacrifice to let me finally give my best at the steeple...
