got out of lab early!
15 min tempo and hills
tempo felt great but hills are still pretty rough. sam felt the same way so that makes me feel better about it, at least I'm not the only one. the long hills felt a lot better than the short hill.
maintenance mile, but i didn't do it.
really bad stomachache too. ick.
