Weather: 60 degrees and raining
Comments:
A good run a little out of shape after a week off. Ran for 15 minutes straight and walked 2 minutes and ran the last 3 minutes. 9:30 average mile. Start of run i weighed 182. Got to a slow start and working up to 20 minutes straight running. Tommorrow goal 16 minutes straight.
