Muddy Morning

Resting HR: 52. Sleep: 6.5 - 7 hours. Got a bit carried away with homework last night.
Didn't see any teammates on this run, N Park rather muddy, passed a girl running in short sleeves which made me feel like a wimp in long sleeves and gloves, oh well, at least my shorts were shorter(Thanks BR!), focused on keeping my chin down, relaxing the shoulders, and pushing off the big toe, time is estimated because I forgot to restart my watch for the final stretch down Bellfield, stretch, crunches.
