Just didnt have it in me today for speed workouts. Each mile just felt like complete shit, but whatever. 5:40, 5:58. 6:12. Gross. The last half was 2:51, just a shitty day all around. Going to distance in a a few minutes, hopefully wont freeze my balls off.
