Weather: sun and cold
Comments:
Very up and down with uneven terrain. Had 10 miles scheduled in the training but with the extra distance on the long "step-back" should be right at about weekly distance. Took Gel at 45. Drank about 15oz water. Tired quads for much of the run. 40 miles this next week.
