As the title says, it was just a recovery run from yesterdays workout. I just did the Akers Loop at about 6:45 this morning. There was a lot of traffic and I had to stop at every intersection and wait to cross. I am not one that while running and not doing a specific timing activity such as racing or intervals, to stop my watch. The amazing thing is that even with all those stops at the intersections, I broke an 11:00 minute per mile pace. 10:46per mile & burned 473cals. Weighed in at 218.4lbs at home.
