Weather: dry a tiny bit chilly/windy, but good

Comments:
hamstrings were hurting a little. i loosened up and felt great and fast today. i felt really light throughout all the workout and i was really tired so i didnt feel the pain as much. i had my hands open a tiny bit (really relaxed) and my arms were moving me. hit all my times and confident. hamstring was tight though. i did an ice bath afterwards.
