even though this was a short workout, I dont think I've had a better set of 400s...
yog to au, drills, striders on straightaways. Times were 93, 87(!) 95, 94. Considering ive never run below 1:30 in a workout, I'm pretty happy.
it's nice to have a group around, really motivates a lot.
