from veale out to the 3 mile mark on mlk....went alone felt alot better than the last time i did this run, but it is still sort of long for me which is frustrating...ran most of time on grass, rolled after little to no pain, it band problem is for the most part gone but my knees are a different story.....on a good note i am starting to get pushup/core strength back(being sick absolutley crippled this), was able to do 3 sets of 33 today up from 30 the past couple of weeks
