First time ever running the Michigan. Actually went a lot better than I thought it would. Kind of a fun workout!
1600, mile tempo, 1200, mile tempo, 800, mile tempo, 400, mile tempo; 200 between everything.
Had Brit Spears and Katy Perry alternating in my head...started singing during the workout to share my grief with everyone else....
