Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Up and out on NP at 3ish. Went out to the 2.5 and back the same way. Felt decent actually. Did the hips and back stuff with weights this time (2lbs ankle weight) should help me get stronger. Then I did stretch and abs with Corey, Chris and Brandon. No ice because we wanted to eat. Ice cups later.
Still thinking about doing what I need to do to get to where I need to be.
