Weather: nice, low 60's
Comments:
quads felt really sore, feet don't hurt anymore. ran first two miles easy then ran the next 4 a little over 6 minute mile pace and ended with the last 2.1 easy. felt hard to keep the pace at first but i was able to work through it.
