10 min heat for my right Achilles, which was feeling better but probably got cold on the drive over to the park, drills, threw a wrench in Coach's plans for Conference.

6 * 800m hill repeats w/1:30 recovery, at the back for every interval, took it the uphill tenderly with the Achilles, no problems though, splits: 2:57, 2:58, 3:00, 2:57, 2:57, 3:00.

Around the park before hopping in the van back to campus, lift, stretch, 38 Eagle, 10 min ice bath.
