Exercise Type: Run

Comments:
Did PT early then went for a run with Ethan Teare. I could tell early on that I wasn't properly hydrated and that wasn't good considering how warm it was. Out to the 1.5 mark on MLK and back, took my shirt off on the way back. I felt pretty terrible for the second half of this and positive split by more than I'd like to see. Legs felt fine until about a mile left when they started feeling heavy.
