Well I'm super bummed right now. I can't believe this is my last cross country practice EVER. Oh. :( And last ice bath. I'll miss it soooo much! Too bad I'm not fast enough to run for college!
Anyways. 2 700's: 2:30 something and 2:29
3 300's: 59, 61, 60
Long warm up, long cool down. And a really pleasant ice bath! I'm excited for the state trip. And the race. :)
