Weather: a bit of wind, not too bad
Comments:
started off a little bit behind, and it seemed to make all the difference, I had energy for a surge from where my dad judged the 1.5 miles was, and i just kept passing, until I saw a rival who normally would be far ahead of me, and he was checking back frequently. somehow from this i got really excited, and pushed the last half mile of the race quite hard so that I could beat him.
