Comments:
Tired and sore from the race. Warmup zig zags, then did some "half moon" intervals (4x.50) then some weird thing on the track which equaled a mile. After did either 1 or two more of the intervals, I think one. Then 3x100m relay and finally a 500m cooldown. Hamstrings very soreeeee. Used my supa stride (as leonard deemed it) capabilities, not really running too hard.
