Comments:
Originally planned to do a few 150s on the JHU track. Turns out its only opened from Mon-Fri. Pondered what to do for a minute, then decided on hill sprints. So ran back and to Bermuda and did 4X70m. Felt pretty good the whole way and seemed to recover pretty quick.
