1.25 Miles warm up
3 Mile race- First in 16:48. Toughest 3 mile race on the east coast and one of the top toughest 3 miles in the country. Graham Bazell ran 15:51 in the elite race to break the course record and be the first runner to ever run under 16 minutes on that course. Passing greats like Matt Centrowitz(2-Mile National Champion) and Steven Duplinsky.
about 4 Miles in 30 minutes for a cool down.
*Notes on the race- Ugh one week im running great the next im getting another mediocre preformance. Its hard to run in the small school race and sit back and watch guys run crazy times in the elite race. Im going to have to start going out and showing guys what I can do out of the small races. Time to start turning some heads.
