Resting HR: 64. Sleep: 8 - 8.5 hours. Nurse at University Health Services had my HR at 52 and BP at 90/64. Doctor said that I should not develop pneumonia as long as I took care of myself.
Started out with Aaron Lin, he asked various questions about classes and such, felt pretty good, Aaron turned around near Eaton, I continued on by myself, stopped to take a leak in the woods along S Park and discovered to my surprise that I had pulled a Cromer (guess I should have thanked my shamrocks more), the rest of the run was a mental exercise not to think about the injury, which honestly I didn't feel happen, saw Cindy near Coventry and saw and heard the storm coming, just got back to Veale when it started to rain, stretch, pushups, decided to skip abs on account of the injury, which also made up the time I lost going down to the general locker rooms to shower, hope that the injury does not reoccur tomorrow and glad that it like the cold happened to me this week.
