  Comments: 
Ran a mile on the track then 3 with John during his distance run.  Laced  up my flats and hit the track for some Yasso 800's.  I tried to keep my pace even and as close to 2:40 as possible but most ended up being fast.

All were done with 2:40 recovery and they all felt pretty easy.  I jogged a 200 inbetween each interval.  I cooled down 1 mile to make it an even 10 on the day.  The workout felt promising.
