Comments:
Easy run to and around forest hills with tim. Very nice day out and I felt good. 5 x 100m striders barefoot on van horn then hips, and the mental leg hang exercise, stretching, rolling, and swimming. I went to take an ice bath but it was empty again! Ridiculous!
