Legs still really sore, didnt exactly take a break in between xc and now. So after the warmup and 50 sec run, ran a little loop then did those stride things down the street. Hopefully another easy day tomorrow, next week I'll be ready for the interval work. Also of note, Ive been getting pretty far in the 50 sec runs....kinda surprised myself. Even when im not really running all out I still make it past the 300 pole, made it past the gate and had a very shitty start today hmmmmm.
