Pool: 5 by minute on minute off without aqua joggers, 25 minutes aqua jogging with joggers
Bike: 5 min warmup, 10 by minute on minute off, 10 minute cooldown
total 1 hour cross training. Was advised that friday's problem could re-emerge if I push it by doing mile repeats.
