Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
2.5 miles warmup to the park, 6 mile tempo on roads(hilly) @ 5:45 pace, 4x75 seconds hard, 2.5 mile cool-down home. Not as quick as i would've liked on the tempo, but made sure I wasn't digging too deep, good, honest effort on them, but kept it tempo. 400's kicked my butt.
