I biked to work again today. The bike there was fine, but it felt like I was really laboring. WTF? My tires might be low...
I did aggressive, 15-minute foam roller massage to my TFL and ITB/lateral quads over lunch, followed by stretching.
After work, I was gonna do a long bike home because the weather was decent, but I decided against it. I felt tired. It was a good decision because about midway home my knee started to hurt. Looking at my pedalling mechanics, you can see that my left knee collapses inward with each stroke, so I worked hard to keep it stabilized outward. That seemed to help my pain.
No circuits today. I stretched the ITB and lat quads again, but that was it. I was gonna do a circuit with Betsy but she got home late and I was already eating.
