wow i really need to update. been getting lazy. well ill start now
23 minutes, moderate speed, not doing too much resistence yet/backing off/hesitant to do anything "regular" until i see a physical therapist. I'll still go the 15-30 minutes everyday, icing etc after. Been really good about strength work and weights. I guess really excited/motivated for winter track and hopefully a smooth season!
