Comments:
warmed up, stretched, and did an easy 1.75-2 miles. My coach and me talked it over and decided that I needed a day like this. I've been going hard for 5 weeks with no days off and I needed a chilled run to recover from my sorness and sickness. Still felt tired and slugish
