1st run since Shelburne half, forced myself to take a full week. Haven't had that much time off in a year and it was needed. Sprained my right ankle and it's been aching all week. Think it's the same ankle I severely sprained 4 1/2 half years ago moving the washer to the basement. Treadmill felt good, going into maitenance mode a bit for the next month before getting the marathon training online.
