Very sore from yesterdays hell of a workout, felt it as soon as I started the warmup. So of course Gene times a 500, great. Then ran the Curley classic loop "modified" thanks to Daves stupidity. Took it out hard then dropped back because I didnt feel like really pushing haha. After that did 4x200 relay twice. Ran like complete shit for everything today, every muscle was sore and had no "spark" in my legs. Luckily were doing distance tomorrow, should be quite nice to recover.
