Comments:
The track was pretty windy but I was really thankful the rain held off. The goal was to run controlled. I felt really good and think I could have run the last one a lot faster if I really wanted to push hard.
Splits-5:07,5:02,5:08,4:52, 200's-33,32,32,31.
Calves are fairly tight but overall feeling good.
