Well, It didn't go well. 200 split about 30.5, 400@ 66, didn't get an 800 split bc guys were already close to finishing. Came in 3:04 so my second lap was probably somewhere around an 80. What a shitshow. Well, at least I know that a) I have to get out of a longer-distance racing mindset and b) get my legspeed up.
