My legs have been really sore (the good sore) lately. Running, soccer, and the epic expedition yesterday probably did not help. Woke up sore and still went down to swim. Didnt feel that terrible in the pool. Stretched and wall hanged afterwards. Also threw in buddies, which were tough. Forgot how bad it was... Hopefully I can find time to talk to coach this week and figure out my true training schedule. Its time to get to work.
