11 mile loop from home

Weather: cold, mid 30s

Comments:
Wanted to add some miles to the middle of the week. Got more than I was expecting. Felt pretty good on most of this run which is quite hilly. No aches and pains just the usual muscle strain on the hills. Took a couple minute walk at about mile 8 then pushed on home through the rest. Cold and wind were really biting me toward the end: felt I couldn't get a good deep breath which kept me struggling up hills. Drank 20/20. Got some new Gatorade that I like better than the blue. Will aim for another long one on the weekend...work off some of that turkey.
