6x (200, 1:30rest, 800, 1:30 rest). 2's under 30, 8's at goal of 3:20. Splits were (29.4, 4:00 with no rest, 29.6 with no rest, 3:23, 29.4, 3:17, 29.1, 3:15, 28.9, 3:27, 28.8) 1200 instead of 800 last for cooldown. Did everything but the warmup shirtless so I'm still on for a "shirtless year".
