Exercise Type: Run

Weather: cold but pleasant, 27

Comments:
left groin is still bothersome and right knee seems tight. Not sure if the groin injury is changing my stride and causing the knee tightness but I'm thinking of taking a few days (2-3) to let it get better, maybe just ride the bike trainer. Felt pretty decent by the end of the run though, after warming up and working on my gait.
