5X800 @ goal 2:30-2:35 with 2mins rest. Started off okay but got progressively worse. Just felt kind of heavy and sluggish towards the end.
Not happy with this one. Maybe I'm tired from the long drive yesterday or have a cold but something has to change in the next few days or I'll need to look again at my training and change some things. Looked like hell as I was getting out of the shower and realized I'll need extra sleep tonight, so going to bed early.
Splits: (2:34, 2:36, 2:37, 2:41, 2:42)
Abs: Decreasing set of leg raises. 2:15 per interval starting from 25 dropping 5/set. Sore till wednesday
Sleep: 7.75 hrs
RHR: - (Need to get better about doing this).
