Exercise Type: Swim

Comments:
5 min warm up, wkt 1, wkt 2, 15 min aqua jog, 20 swim. Back was feeling tight during the aqua jog. Better during the swim. Lost the string on my swim trunks, so my pants were falling down the whole time. Need a saftey pin or something maybe some more string.

All the PT in the training room after. Got some new hammie exercises from Jess. Ill run them past coach to see if they are good to start. Hurdles went okay, feeling tight and stiff in the right. Brief stretch so I could get in an icebath. The ice bath felt very good.

Meeting with coach before hand. Bumping up to 35 this week. Run 6 days, but do one day at like 3 miles. It should follow the long run of 8 miles (dang!). It is important to stay on track and to do this the right way. Trying to steeple with a bad back and hips could be disastrous. It doesnt mean we shouldnt try, but we need to be careful and cautious. I am also going to throw in dynamic stretches before the MWF runs (high knees, butt kicks, russian walk, karaoke, heel and toe walks)
