Nice to be feeling good again

Comments:
I don't know whether it was cross-training, trying to eat healthier or what but today's workout felt really good. I was at or under pace for all which was nice for once. Worked with Brett and Jonathan Frey.

Pyramid: 600,2:00rest,800,3:00rest,1000,4:00rest,800,3:00rest,600. goal paces: 75 for 600's (1:52.5), 85 for 800 (2:50), 90 for 1000 (3:45).

Actual splits: (1:49.3, 2:50, 3:32, 2:47, 1:48.1)

Abs: Decreasing leg raises again. Same sets but with 2 minute intervals instead. Not sore thursday. Going to move to 35 next time.

Sleep: 7.5 hrs.
