Comments:
Up NP to Lee and back with Tim at around 2 pm. My main issue with this run is that my hip was bothering me while running for the first time in awhile. I'm not sure if it's because I was going slightly quicker than I have been or because I went longer than I have in longer than I care to think about. I'm going to watch it carefully the next couple of days, maybe take tomorrow off completely or bike easy. The run was pretty good other than that, had a pretty good discussion.

4 way hip, 3x15 sides only 2x15 front and back, it was hurting pretty badly. Plus circles, 3#
Clams 3x15 plus 15 second hold
Hip Raises (no ball) 3x15, 15 hold first 2 30 seconds after the last one.
Rolled several minutes
