ravenna loop and zoo loop and lake
-1:58:00 under 2 hours was the goal!
post run stretch, hammys, hip-flexors, lower back, and some planks for good measure
should get back on bike.. could hit weekly goals or use some recovery spinning at the least.. but I am tired!!!
