full 45min warm up, easy spinning, woke up stiff from yesterday.
Opened up into force workout at tempo.
Time Trial pace for 20min,  reduce to < 70% LTHR for 5min.  Repeat 3 times for 1:15:00 more.  
Time for bed.  Up at 4:30 for work... ugh
