I'm sort of dissapointed with my times b/c I compare my times with other ladies. These times were on the track, which is about a 15 sec difference than on the grass. Other runners were getting these times on the grass. But booya, its great to be out there on the track. And I did feel like I gave it my all on most of them. I'm not hurting.

My legs felt tired today even tho I didn't feel tired throughout the day. I think I need an ice bath... but I don't really have time this week. Sad face! One option would be to do my 55 min CT (swimming) tomorrow after clinical and then take an ice bath at practice time.
