Comments:
1200m warm up

1x800- 2:24, 2 1/2 minutes rest

4x600 with 300m jog in between(a little less then 600 so thats the explanation for the fast times)
1:36,1:38,1:37,1:38

4x400 with 400m jog in between(again, a little less then 400)
59,57,56,57

5x100m strides all out with 100m jog back to the start

1200m cool down

for the full distance the 600's would probably be around 1:43-1:45 and the 400s around 62-63. Not to worry though. I felt very good and the point isnt to run exactly 600m or 400m. Its to run fast for a period of time and take a rest then do it again. So great workout!
